Banana Daiquiri


30ml        Bacardi rum
45ml        lemon Juice
30ml        Banana Liqueur
15ml       Sugar Syrup
                1whole Fresh banana
                Crushed Ice

Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into the blender with crushed ice and blended it well then pour into the Cocktail glass, decoration with Banana Slice.

Cocktail

Passion and Tomato Punch


40ml    Vodka

20ml    Passion Liqueur

60ml    Passion Juice

60ml    Tomato Juice

15ml    Sugar Syrup

Dash    Lemon Juice and Tabasco Sauce

           Ice Cubes


Methods of preparation:

Pour all ingredients into the shaker with ice and shake it well then pour into the higball glass, dash of lemon juice and tabasco sauce, Garnish with Lemon Slice and Passion peel.

30ml     Malibu

60ml     Fresh  coconut Juice

60ml     Pineapple Juice

20ml     Sweet & Sour

45g      Coconut flesh

Dash    Grenadine Syrup

            Ice



Methods of preparation:

Put 4 ingredients into shaker with ice and shake it well then pour into highball glass after float coconut flesh on top and dash of grenadine syrup, Garnish with Pineapple and Red Cherry.

60ml     Orange Juice

1dash   Dry Vermouth

              Ice cubes



Methods of preparation:

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake it well then strain into the Martini glass and dash Dry Vermouth, Garnish with lemon slice and basil leaf.

20ml    Passion Liqueur

45ml    Passion Juice

10ml    Lemon Juice

10ml    Suagr Syrup

1 tea spoon of passion fruit

           Ice cubes


Methods of preparation:

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake it well then pour into the Martini glass and put 1 tea spoon of passion on top, Garnish lemon and passion peel.

Homemade Basil Syrup


10g            Fresh basil leafs

500ml       Sugar Syrup

 1cup          boiled water


Methods of preparation:

Choose fresh basil and clean it with fresh water and put into blender with sugar syrup and boiled water then blended it well about 5-7 minutes after strain it untill clear and pour into the bottle then keep it freezer about 10 minutes, so you can use it to mix with cocktails and others drinks.
It is best to stored in freezer.
Candy Dream

30ml      Malibu Liqueur
30ml      Passion Juice
60ml      Pineapple Juice
40g         Coconut flesh
20ml      Fresh milk
20ml      Grenadine Syrup and Mint
                Crush Ice




Methods of preparation:
Put all ingredients into blender with crush ice and blended it well then pour into the glass dash of Grenadine Syrup and Mint Syrup on top, Garnish with candy stick and mint leafs.
