30ml Malibu
60ml Fresh coconut Juice
60ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Sweet & Sour
45g Coconut flesh
Dash Grenadine Syrup
Ice
Methods of preparation:
Put 4 ingredients into shaker with ice and shake it well then pour into highball glass after float coconut flesh on top and dash of grenadine syrup, Garnish with Pineapple and Red Cherry.
